पुजारा को भी मिले आईपीएल में अवसर
नई दिल्ली । दिग्गज स्पिनर अनिल कुंबले का मानना है कि बल्लेबाज चेतेश्वर पुजारा में भी इंडियन प्रीमियर लीग (आईपीएल) में अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने की क्षमता है और उन्हें इस लीग का हिस्सा होना चाहिए था। तेज गेंदबाज ईशांत शर्मा में इस बार 12वें सत्र में दिल्ली कैपिटल्स ने अपनी टीम के लिए खरीदा पर पुजारा इस बार भी आईपीएल नीलामी में नहीं बिके। कुंबले ने कहा कि पुजारा के पास कौशल और आत्मविश्वास दोनों हैं। उन्होंने हाल के दिनों में टेस्ट क्रिकेट में बहुत अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया है और वे आईपीएल में जगह पाने के हकदार हैं। यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि कुछ खिलाड़ी शामिल नहीं किये जाते हैं। कुंबले ने कहा कि टेस्ट खिलाड़ी जो पुजारा की तरह भारत के लिए खेल रहे हैं, उन्हें भी लीग में शामिल किया जाना चाहिये। जिस प्रकार ईशांत को अवसर मिला वैसे ही पुजारा को भी मिलना चाहिये।
