बैतूल : किशोरी को अगवा कर दुराचार का शिकार बनाने वाले आरोपित को 10 वर्ष के कठोर कारावास कि सजा

बैतूल। द्वितीय अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश प्रतिभा साठवणे ने 16 वर्षीय किशोरी को अगवा कर दुराचार का शिकार बनाने वाले आरोपित को 10 वर्ष के कठोर कारावास और 500 रुपए के अर्थदंड से दंडित करने का फैसला सुनाया है। आरोपित को धारा 363, 366 का भी दोषी ठहराते हुए 7-7 वर्ष के कठोर कारावास और 500-500 रुपए के अर्थदंड की सजा सुनाई है। अभियोजन पक्ष से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार शाहपुर थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम आमागोहान निवासी सुनील इवने ने एक 16 साल की किशोरी को घूमने चलने का लालच दिया और उसे परतवाड़ा ले जाकर दुराचार का शिकार बनाया। पुलिस ने परिजनों की रिपोर्ट पर गुमशुदगी दर्ज कर किशोरी को खोजा और उसकी रिपोर्ट पर आरोपित के खिलाफ दुराचार, अपहरण और पास्को एक्ट के तहत प्रकरण दर्ज कर न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत किया था।

Betul: 10-year rigorous imprisonment for kidnapping of teenager

Betul Second Additional Sessions Judge Pratibha Sankhana has pronounced the verdict of abducting a 16-year-old teenager and punishing the accused who has made a victim of rampant punishment for 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of 500 rupees. The accused has also been convicted of Section 363, 366 and sentenced to 7-7 years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of 500-500 rupees. According to the information received from the prosecution, Sunil Iwane, resident of village Amagohana of Shahpur Police Station, lured a 16-year-old girl to walk and tried to take her as a victim of misconduct. The police searched the teenager by registering missing files on the report of the family and submitted its report to the court on the basis of mischief, abduction and posa act against the accused.
