आधार नंबर अपडेट होना जरूरी : यात्रियों की संख्या छह से ज्यादा हो तो ऑनलाइन टिकट बुकिंग के लिए आवेदक और यात्रियों में से किसी एक आधार नंबर रेलवे के पोर्टल में दर्ज कराने का प्रावधान है। इसके साथ ही वही आधार नंबर स्टेशन मास्टर की सूची में भी हो।
इस तरह से होगा आधार अपडेट : आईआरसीटीसी पोर्टल के माई प्रोफाइल में एक आधार केवाईसी है, जिस पर क्लिक करने के बाद यात्री अपना आधार नंबर डालें। इसके वेरिफिकेशन के लिए आधार से जुड़े मोबाइल नंबर पर एक पासवर्ड आता है। भेजे गए पासवर्ड को जैसे ही पोर्टल डालेंगे तो आधार कार्ड का वेरीफिकेशन हो स्वत: हो जाएगा। इस सुविधा को प्रदान करने के लिए रेल कनेक्ट ऐप पर उपलब्ध करा दिया गया है।

Base number must be updated: if the number of passengers is more than six then there is a provision for lodging of online ticket booking for any one of the applicants and passengers in the portal of the railway. At the same time, the same base number is also in the list of station master.
This will be the basis update: There is a KYC in the MyProfile of the IRCTC portal, after which click the passengers to enter their base number. There is a password on the mobile number associated with the basis for verification. Once the portal is sent, the verification of the Aadhaar card will be done automatically.
