आरक्षण का लाभ नहीं तो वोट भी नहीं – राकेश माझी
बैतूल। मांझी समाज ने पूर्व की तरह आरक्षण का लाभ नहीं मिलने पर आगामी चुनाव में बीजेपी को वोट भी नहीं देने का ऐलान किया है। इसी मांग को लेकर रविवार को माझी समाज के सदस्यों ने विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। समाज के माझी कांग्रेस के जिलाध्यक्ष राकेश माझी ने बताया कि समाज के लोगों को आरक्षण का लाभ नहीं मिल रहा है। माझी जाति को अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग में रखा गया था। वर्ष 2008 तक जिनके जाति प्रमाण पत्र बने थे, उन्हें तो आरक्षण सहित अन्य लाभ दिए जा रहे हैं, लेकिन इसके बाद आरक्षण व अन्य लाभ नहीं मिल रहा है। उन्होंने प्रदर्शन कर सीधे-सीधे चेतावनी दी कि यदि पूर्ववत आरक्षण का लाभ नहीं मिला तो आगामी चुनाव में बीजेपी के विरोध में समाज वोट करेगा। विरोध प्रदशन करने वालों में समाज के राकेश माझी, हीरा नानकार, रामकिशोर कहार, जिला अध्यक्ष श्यामराव कुरवारे, नत्थू किरोदे, कैलाश नानकर, शंकर नानकर, परशराम नानकर प्रमुख रूप से शामिल हैं।

If you do not get the benefit of reservation then do not vote – Rakesh Me
Betul The Manjhi community has announced not to vote for the BJP in the coming elections even if it does not get the benefit of reservation like in the past. On Sunday, my community members protested against this demand. Rakesh Mee, the District President of my Congress, said that people of the society are not getting the benefit of reservation. My caste was kept in the other backward class. Those whose caste certificates were formed till 2008, they are being given other benefits including reservations but after that there is no reservation and other benefits. They demonstrated directly that if the benefits of the undivided reservation were not obtained then the society will vote against the BJP in the coming elections. Among the protesters, Rakesh Mei, Hirana Nankar, Ramkishore Kahar, District President Shyamrao Kurwar, Nathu Kirode, Kailash Nankar, Shankar Nankar, Parashram Nankar were chiefly included in the protest.
