मप्र : डेढ़ करोड़ छात्रों की प्रोफाइल हुई ऑनलाइन, छात्रवृत्ति मिलने में होगी आसानी
भोपाल। प्रदेश के विभिन्न स्कूलों में पढ़ने वाले करीब डेढ़ करोड़ छात्र-छात्राओं की प्रोफाइल को ऑनलाइन कर दिया गया है। आठ सरकारी विभागों की 30 प्रकार की छात्रवृत्ति समग्र शिक्षा पोर्टल के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन वितरित करने स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग को नोडल विभाग बनाया गया है। इसमें सरकारी और निजी स्कूल के विद्यार्थी शामिल हैं।
इस व्यवस्था में प्रत्येक छात्र की यूनिक आईडी होने से दोहरा प्रवेश और छात्रवृत्ति संबंधी दोहरीकरण नहीं हो सकेगा। छात्रों की समग्र यूनिक आईडी के आधार पर उनके स्कूल के डाइस कोड के साथ मेपिंग कर कक्षावार और स्कूलवार नामांकन ऑनलाइन लेने का सिस्टम माध्यम से तैयार किया गया है। समग्र शिक्षा पोर्टल में प्रत्येक छात्र की प्रोफाइल में जाति, माता-पिता का व्यवसाय, परिवार की वार्षिक आय, बीपीएल स्टेटस, छात्रावास स्टेटस और छात्र के गत वर्ष के परीक्षा परिणाम को शामिल किया गया है।
राशि सीधे खाते में
कक्षा एक से 12वीं तक अध्ययनरत सभी विद्यार्थियों को 30 प्रकार की छात्रवृत्तियां, साइकल वितरण, गणवेश और लेपटॉप आदि की राशि भी सीधे उनके खाते में भेजी गई है। पूर्व में एक ही विद्यार्थी के दो शिक्षण संस्थाओं में प्रवेश होने और छात्रवृत्ति में गडबड़ी होने की शिकायतें मिला करती थीं। अब छात्रवृत्ति वितरण को आधार से जोड़ा जा रहा है।

MP: 1.5 crore students got online, scholarship will be easy
Bhopal. The profile of nearly 1.5 million students studying in different schools of the state has been made online. The School Education Department has been made the nodal department to distribute 30 types of scholarships of eight government departments online through the overall education portal. This includes government and private school students.
Due to the unique ID of each student in this system, double admission and scholarship related doubling can not be done. On the basis of the overall unique ID of the students, Mapping with the school code of their school has been prepared through the system of taking classual and school enrollment online. Each student’s profile in the overall education portal covers the result of caste, parent’s business, family annual income, BPL status, hostel status and student’s last year’s results.
Amount directly into account
The amount of 30 types of scholarships, bicycle delivery, uniform and laptop etc. have also been sent directly to their students studying in classes I to XII. In the past, the same student used to get complaints about admission to two educational institutions and disturbances in scholarship. Now scholarship distribution is being linked to the base.
